One scan to join

Your venue QR code does the paperwork

Print it once, tape it to the counter. Every new player who walks in scans it, and they are on your member list before their first game. No forms, no group chat invites, no manually typing anyone's number.

Print your venue code. Generate it in the admin dashboard and put it wherever players check in.
Players scan and request. The app opens straight to your venue, and they tap once to ask to join.
You approve. Accept, decline or ban from the members list, and a ban immediately frees the slot.

For venue owners, run the whole venue from the counter

Approvals, walk-ins, orders, staff schedules and members. One dashboard, built for how a Filipino court actually operates, including the parts that happen in cash.

Approve or decline in a tap

One shared bookings board for admins and staff, filtered to Today, Pending or Unpaid. Double booking cannot happen, because the slot check and the write land together.

Unlimited walk-ins

Someone shows up at the counter and your staff book them in by name, no account needed. Walk-ins never count against your plan.

Money stays yours

No payment processing and no cut of your bookings. Mark paid, unpaid or comped at the counter and keep collecting the way you already do.

Staff with the right keys

Two tiers, where managers approve and create bookings while view-only staff simply read the boards. Schedules, breaks and court assignments included, with customer names kept redacted for staff.

Members by QR code

Print your venue code, players scan and request to join, and you approve. Bans, removals and history are all handled, and a ban frees the slot.

Reports that answer questions

Bookings, customers, food, equipment and orders. Five views that show which court earns, which hours sell out, which slots go empty and who your regulars are, so your next rate change is a decision instead of a guess.

A day, end to end

From opening the gate to closing the register

Every part of the day is already in the dashboard, so nothing lives in a notebook or a group chat anymore.

Morning
Open the day's schedule and clear the booking requests that came in overnight.
Peak hours
Log walk-ins as they arrive and keep courts and open play sessions filled.
Mid-game
Food and equipment orders come in from the courts and move through the kitchen.
Closing
Settle payments at the counter, in cash or transfer, and close out the day.
After hours
Pull the numbers for the week and export them when you need them.
Rate rules

Your court does not cost one price all week

Peak hours, weekends, holidays and that dead stretch after lunch are all worth different money, and you already know it. Set the rules once and every booking prices itself, whether it comes from a player's phone or your staff at the counter.

Different rates per day. Weekday mornings, Saturday peak and Sunday evening can each carry their own price.
Time bands within a day. Split the day however you like. Charge a premium for prime evening slots and drop the price on the quiet stretch after lunch to fill it.
Specific dates. Override any single date for a holiday, a long weekend or a tournament, without touching your normal schedule.
Per court. Your covered court and your outdoor court do not have to cost the same thing.

Reports

Know which hours pay for the lights

A logbook tells you what happened. Reports tell you what to do next. Every booking, order and cancellation feeds five views you can read in a minute, so the next rate you set or session you schedule is backed by your own numbers.

Bookings. Hours sold per court, per day and per time band, with cancellations and no-shows separated out.
Customers. Who plays often, who stopped coming, and which members bring the most bookings with them.
Food and equipment. What sells after a game, what sits in the chiller, and which paddles are always rented out.
Orders. Every counter transaction with its status, so the day's takings reconcile without a notebook.
Export anytime. Pull any view for the period you need when your accountant or your business partner asks.

Why venues switch to BookNaKo

Most booking apps are marketplaces. They put your court in a directory beside every other court in the city, take a slice of what you earn, and own the relationship with your players. We built the opposite.

Zero commission

You keep every peso

Marketplace apps take a percentage of your court fees and tournament entries. We charge a flat monthly rate and take nothing else, so a busier month costs you exactly the same.

Your members

Not a directory listing

Your venue is not shown next to competitors. Players join your court through your code, and the member list, the feed and the relationship stay yours.

Cash friendly

Built for how you already collect

No forced online payment and no waiting for a payout. Staff mark a booking paid, unpaid or comped at the counter, whether the player hands over cash or sends a transfer.

No penalty for busy

Unlimited walk-ins, always

Every plan lets your staff book walk-ins by name without an account, and none of them count against your member limit. Your quiet Tuesday and your packed Sunday cost the same.

Simple monthly pricing

Priced by how many app members your venue has. Walk-ins are always unlimited and we never take a cut of your court fees.

Common questions

Short answers about what BookNaKo does, what it costs, and how a venue gets started.

What is BookNaKo?

BookNaKo is a booking app for pickleball venues in the Philippines. Players use it to reserve courts, join open play sessions, order food and equipment, and follow their club's feed. Venue owners use it to approve bookings, log walk-ins, set rates, manage staff and members, and read reports. It is free for players, and venues pay a flat monthly fee starting at ₱0.

How much does BookNaKo cost?

Players pay nothing. Venues choose a monthly plan priced by app member count: Free Pilot at ₱0 for up to 50 members, Starter at ₱399 for up to 150, Club at ₱799 for up to 400, and Pro at ₱1,499 for up to 1,000. There is no commission on court fees and no per-booking charge on any plan.

Does BookNaKo take a commission on court fees?

No. BookNaKo charges a flat monthly subscription and takes no percentage of court fees, open play fees, food orders or tournament entries. A busy month costs a venue exactly the same as a quiet one.

How do players join a venue on BookNaKo?

The venue prints its QR join code from the admin dashboard and posts it at the counter. A player scans it, the app opens straight to that venue, and they tap once to request to join. The venue then approves, declines or bans from the members list.

Does BookNaKo process payments?

No. BookNaKo does not handle card or bank details and does not take payments. Players settle with the venue on-site in cash or by transfer, and staff mark each booking paid, unpaid or comped at the counter.

Can staff book walk-in players who do not have the app?

Yes. Staff can book a walk-in by name with no account required, on every plan including the free one. Walk-in bookings are unlimited and never count against a venue's app member limit.

Is BookNaKo a marketplace that lists my venue next to competitors?

No. BookNaKo is single-venue software, not a directory. Your courts are not displayed alongside other venues, players reach you through your own join code, and your member list, feed and customer relationships stay with you.

What reports does BookNaKo give venue owners?

Five views: bookings by court, day and time band with cancellations and no-shows separated; customers, including regulars and lapsed players; food and equipment sales; counter orders with status; and an export for any period.

Can I charge different court rates at different times?

Yes. Rates can vary by day of the week, by time band within a day, by specific calendar date for holidays or tournaments, and by individual court. Every booking prices itself from those rules, whether it comes from a player's phone or from staff at the counter.

Is BookNaKo available outside the Philippines?

BookNaKo is built for Philippine venues. Pricing is in Philippine pesos and all times run on Asia/Manila. Venues elsewhere can get in touch, but the product is tuned to how Filipino courts operate, including cash collection at the counter.

Tara, book na tayo.

Download BookNaKo, scan your venue's code, and get on the court. Running a venue instead? Email us and we will walk you through it.
